Kay Altman

Kay Altman is a licensed Realtor with Realty One Group Visionaries, since 2017 bringing real estate experience and more than three decades of leadership in federal service to every client she serves. With a strong foundation in strategic planning, negotiation, and complex problem-solving, Kay is known for guiding buyers and sellers through even the most intricate transactions with clarity and confidence.

Prior to her real estate career, Kay served as Dean of Academics for the 15th Signal Brigade at Fort Gordon, where she led faculty development and managed large-scale training initiatives. Her background in education and leadership directly translates into her work as a Realtor, offering clients a structured, informed, and results-driven approach to buying and selling.

Kay also serves as a lead instructor for new agents, sharing her expertise to elevate industry standards and support the next generation of professionals. She is passionate about staying active in the community, serving on the board of the Glennwood Pool Association, as a Dream Team Greeter at New Hope Worship Center, and as a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors.
