Kay Farish

Kay Farish is a luxury real estate professional with twelve years of real estate experience. She is committed to bringing honest and trustworthy service to all who work with her, and to making that service her number one priority. Realizing that the purchase of a home is an investment and an intimate experience between realtor and seller or buyer, Kay values the relationships created in the process of every real estate transaction.

Kay Farish received her BA degree from North Texas State University and taught for several years in the Dallas area before taking a leave of absence to be present with her own children: Heather, Vanessa and Will. It was during this time Kay became a published author with the debut of her book, Lisa, published in 1980. (Her second book, Heaven is a Breath Away, was published in April 2015, and she is currently finishing her third.) When she returned to the classroom in Moreno Valley, California, she won the Distinguished Teacher award and created the award-winning competitive speaking program which included events in debate and mock trial. In 1993, Kay purchased two Sylvan Learning Centers in Moreno Valley and in Riverside where she advocated for parents and students in the local school districts and served the schools through the No Child Left Behind program. In 2007, she sold her very successful business and moved to Huntington Beach, where she still resides.

Kay joined Coldwell Banker in order to serve Orange County with the number worldwide real estate company. Her highest goal is for her clients to know they are working with a professional who delivers on what is promised…always…and champions them and their needs in every negotiation.
