Kay Hoeprich

With almost two decades of experience as a licensed Realtor, Kay earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid and astute advice throughout the entire home buying or selling process.

Kay has lived in the beautiful state of California for most of her adult life, moving from the Bay Area to San Diego when her three now adult children were in grade school. While her primary focus is the inventory of the North County San Diego beach towns of Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff, Encinitas and slightly inland locales of Rancho Santa Fe and Carmel Valley, she prides herself on remaining actively aware of the sale's trends of the many opportunity-filled, trending micro-markets throughout San Diego County. In 2020, Kay represented buyers and sellers in a variety of locations including Mission Hills, Del Sur, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, and Carmel Valley.

When Kay is not working with her clients, they can find her taking photos and/or hiking at Torrey Pines, walking on the beach in Del Mar, or exploring fun new restaurants with her friends. Kay is extremely approachable and has a straightforward and intelligent way of taking on the task at hand.
