Robin and Kay are a great team and you get two industry pros to represent you. That's real value! The responsiveness was outstanding. Our questions were quickly answered and advise was offered along the way to ensure the process went smooth. Kay used to be an office manager, so she is well versed on the legal aspects of the contracts. Robin has strong experience in new construction building. She was able to negotiate an agreement with low money down, compliance arrangements so costs remained under control, and a closing plan that was timely. We highly recommend both Robin and Kay to represent your home buying or selling needs.
