Kay Swen

Kay grew up and began her education in Taiwan. After earning her Bachelors in Arts in English Literature, she began a career with China Airlines. Beginning as a flight attendant and later working as a customer service representative at San Francisco International Airport, Kay has mastered the service-based industry. After marriage, Kay and her husband established a successful lighting manufacturing and distribution company. With her entrepreneurial spirit, Kay mastered the ins and outs of owning a family-business including gaining first-hand knowledge of the wholesale and retail business sectors.

In 1988, she entered the real estate profession, a field that has become her passion. Incredibly dedicated and conscientious, Kay has a specialized understanding of the Peninsula market. Over the nearly two-and-a-half decades of Kay's real estate career, she has never forgotten that client satisfaction and lifelong partnerships is what real estate is all about.
