She began her banking career at Heritage Federal Savings and Loan as a front line banking specialist, and then continued her career as the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Banc Tenn Mortgage Company in Kingsport. From the banking perspective, Kaye has successfully navigated from her banking customers the complex lending requirements, expectations, and regulatory expertise one would hope a high watermark realtor would have toward a successful real estate closing.
Noted for and out of her interior design and decorating penchant by her friends and family, Kaye owned Amanda and Company Country Interiors until undertaking the corporate demands of her healthcare executive assignments.
