This come both from her love for people in need and from her professional career as a healthcare executive with Florida Based Bredel Corporation, where Kaye was a Regional Operations Director responsible for the Tri State area of Tennessee-Virginia-and Kentucky. While at Bredel, Kaye was responsible for physician recruitment and placement nationally for Bredel, which included physician home placement responsibilities.

Kaye's practical down to earth real estate acumen is noted by her colleagues from her accomplishments in the banking side of real estate. She began her banking career at Heritage Federal Savings and Loan as a front line banking specialist, and then continued her career as the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Banc Tenn Mortgage Company in Kingsport. From the banking perspective, Kaye has successfully navigated from her banking customers the complex lending requirements, expectations, and regulatory expertise one would hope a high watermark realtor would have toward a successful real estate closing.

Noted for and out of her interior design and decorating penchant by her friends and family, Kaye owned Amanda and Company Country Interiors until undertaking the corporate demands of her healthcare executive assignments. When you meet Kaye, you can be sure to know her love for family. Kaye has made a priority her husband Mel, daughter Amanda and her husband Grant Depew, and their children, Hannah , Huntley, and Henry and her son Bryan Carroll and his children Blaklee and Keeton. With her family's support of her career, Kaye continues to make and treat even her clients as family.
