Kayla Breneman

Born and raised in Orange County, California, Kayla Breneman currently resides in Laguna Beach, where she enjoys being close to the water and living in a quiet, close-knit community. Kayla serves the regional real estate market as both a buyer’s and seller’s agent. Knowledgeable about the area, she is eager to use her expertise to advise her clients accordingly while sharing her love of the cities and beaches of south Orange County.

Prior to pursuing a career as a real estate professional, Kayla earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the California State University, Fullerton. At age 19, she began working as an assistant at a local real estate brokerage. In this position, which she held for seven years, Kayla created marketing materials and campaigns, before eventually earning her own real estate license. Additionally, she has worked as a loan officer at a mortgage company and is currently a licensed mortgage loan originator.

A skilled communicator, Kayla is passionate about cultivating meaningful, long-term client relationships and helping her clients create generational wealth and financial stability through real estate ownership. Growing up, Kayla’s parents owned an appraisal company and her father worked in the mortgage industry. She draws on this family background to inform and guide her current career. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys snorkeling, surfing, and being at the beach.
