Kayla Garrett

Kayla Garrett is a Corona resident and a mom to two fur babies. She has a combined 13 years of experience working in purpose-built student housing and industrial property management. Kayla is a graduate of the University of Iowa, majoring in Sociology and minoring in Human Relations. She grew up in the Midwest but fell in love with Southern California when she moved to the west coast. Kayla spends her free time exploring around Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire, so her expertise and knowledge is a great benefit when searching for your next home. Kayla prides herself on her ability to connect with people, her attention to detail and her tenacity. Although she is a newer REALTOR®, her property management background has given her great insight into real estate, as she has assisted with large real estate transactions within the student housing and industrial space.
