Hi, I’m Kayla Rutherford, a Tampa Bay-based Realtor® with a background in commercial leasing and a passion for helping people find their dream homes. After starting my career in commercial real estate, I made the shift to residential—and I haven’t looked back since. I now proudly serve clients across the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
My approach is all about connection. I believe that really listening to my clients, understanding their goals, and paying attention to the little details makes all the difference. I bring energy, local knowledge, and a calm, confident presence to every transaction.
Before real estate, I worked in project coordination, property management, and as an executive assistant. That experience sharpened my organizational skills and taught me how to handle fast-paced, high-stakes situations—skills that now help me navigate deals smoothly and advocate for my clients every step of the way.
I’m also proud to hold an ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) certification, and I’m committed to ongoing learning so I can be the best possible resource for those I serve.
Outside of work, I’m a dog mom to my sweet pocket pittie, Pumpkin. I love spending time outdoors, especially kayaking, and I never say no to a good roller coaster or a day at the amusement park.
