Kayla is an amazing realtor! My husband and I moved to TN from out of state and she made our house hunting experience so much less stressful. She prepared a binder for us with the specs and sale history of each house we looked at and made sure we got answers to any questions we had about each of the properties. When we decided on the house we wanted, Kayla was also a fantastic negotiator and and advocate on our behalf and helped us get a great incentive package on our house (which was new construction). I have already recommended Kayla to other friends of ours looking to move to the area and recommend her to anyone else looking for a knowledgeable realtor who is a true advocate for her clients.

If you are looking to buy or sell, look no further than Kayla! She is extremely passionate and talented at her job. Not only that, but she genuinely cares for her clients in a way you don't come across often. There are many "hiccups" in the process of buying/selling a home, and like our experience for example, she was willing to do WHATEVER it took to get us into the home we dreamed of. When we were away, she followed up on options & leads and was always positive. When we did select a new build, and the company reneged on their incentive, she was on the phone arguing forcefully for them “to make it right” ASAP. I strongly recommend her.

All I can say to start is WOW!!!

On top of everything in the entire process. She would already be solving issues before we knew there was one. Great connections for getting things taken care of.

From the beginning, she was willing to research any and all properties we had an Interest in. She probably exceeded 500 miles on us, and all she ever said was, "We will keep looking until we find your house."

Side note: she was not afraid to tell us if she thot there might be a concern about a property. She was more interested in us being happy than just making a sale.

Very comfortable in dealing with us and our special needs son.

Kayla was referred to us from the mortgage broker. These two made the entire process fun. Kayla kept the communications open and flowing from all directions.
