Kayla Vice

Kayla, in her many adventures, found herself in her current position, working her dream job of helping first-time home buyers and relocation clients.

She is a mother of two and a dog mom to two more furry companions. Kayla is genuinely passionate about real estate. Born and raised in Central Minnesota, she has a deep appreciation for the outdoors, hot dish, and lake life. When her family relocated to Colorado, their love for the outdoors flourished, and they seize every opportunity to enjoy nature, whether it is in their own backyard or up in the mountains. Kayla is an enthusiastic hiker, a frequent camper, and an avid skier. Additionally, she serves as the President-Elect for her local Women's Council of REALTORS® Mile High Network.

Kayla's journey in the housing industry began when she worked at the Home Builders Association in Minneapolis and contributed to their Artisan Home Tour. Building relationships with industry partners and custom home builders was both exhilarating and inspirational for her. She developed a profound appreciation for the intricate craftsmanship that goes into homes, their thoughtful design, and the growing trend of Smart & Green Home features. Consequently, she feels a special connection to new build homes and eagerly looks forward to her weekly model home tours. It is always a delight for her to witness each builder's unique style and how they skillfully stage and prepare each home to help potential buyers envision their future life there.

Kayla's extensive experience with moving, especially to a new state, uniquely qualifies her as the perfect Relocation Agent. She understands that each area has its distinct advantages and characteristics, and getting to know them is an adventure. Kayla possesses valuable insights, connections, and a deep knowledge of the right people and places. Her ultimate objective is to assist her clients in finding their perfect Colorado home, just as she and her family have discovered their own.

When Kayla is not working, she cherishes quality time with her family, engages in home improvement projects, indulges in hiking, savors a good cup of coffee, or occasionally enjoys a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. She is also an avid viewer of the most dramatic reality shows and loves playing games with her wonderful neighbors, whom she considers the best.
