My friend who also bought a home in Arnold through KC highly recommended me to work with him. From our first conversation to the time we closed, KC was an amazing partner in our journey to purchase a home. It's a hot market and it took a long time to nail something down, but KC stuck with us 100%. When we finally locked in on a house, KC was on top of everything. He was on point and made all the paperwork super easy. We were out of the country for a majority of escrow, but he took care of everything while we were out and was sensitive to our time difference. The entire process was as smooth as it could have been. After we closed, KC has been in touch, making sure we have everything we need. The previous owners left a lot of stuff behind, KC was nice enough to get everything we didn't want hauled away. KC is just the greatest realtor and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend KC to anyone!

KC is hands down the best realitor and person I have had the opportunity to work with while searching for a new home. It took me a while to find the home I wanted and KC was relentless and stuck with me all the way until I found the home I truly wanted. He didn't BS me, he was truly interested in finding me the right home, and we did. The time KC invested in me during this process shows his character, he is a hard working, honest person who genuinely cares about finding you a home. I would work with KC again in a heartbeat, he not only is a great realitor, but also a great person.

KC was and is the most delightful realtor I've ever worked with. He is punctual, polite, courteous, and has an excellent work ethic. He got us the house we really wanted, and throughout the looking/buying process has been steadfast and kind. I will be recommendating him to anyone I know that is buying or selling, and I'd also like to see him get a raise for all the extra efforts he puts into his clients wishes. Thank you KC!!!
