Keara has built an extensive list of experts including lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, architects, designers and contractors. Keara often collaborates with her husband Rory, who has a comprehensive construction background in demolition and general contracting, as well as working in the cost segregation field with new construction investment properties. Prior to real estate, Keara worked in Dublin, Ireland as a Recruitment Consultant for NRC Recruitment. She worked on various hiring needs for several companies throughout Ireland and England. Keara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary's College of Notre Dame and her M.B.A. from The University of Notre Dame. She is an active member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. A native of the Chicagoland area, Keara resides in Park Ridge with her husband, four girls and their Westie, Nesbitt.
