He helped me get my very first condo for $15K under appraised value in the hottest market in years!!! The PERFECT covid safe home purchase made primarily through Phone/EMail - Kedric and Maria were wonderful! I am a first time home buyer and asked lots of questions, they were very patient and helpful. I was living with my mother at the peak of covid when I made the purchase, so I was very uncomfortable visiting the house while occupied and meeting up with people. Kedric knew what we were looking for and 95% of the entire home purchase was done virtually! We met via FaceTime, I was given a video tour, pictures and videos. I made one visit for the final walkthrough and everything was as expected. They were very responsive and I was greeted with a lovely basket when they handed over the keys. Wonderful experience! The only thing I would have done different was be a little more diligent on the final home inspection and pay for the extra inspection package (piece of mind). Thanks Kedric and Maria for a wonderful and safe experience! I love the home and would be happy to use you in the future.
