Kedrick is Best in class - timely, communicative, strategic, advisory .

Navigating the loss of our father, we reached out to Kedrick for guidance on getting his home sold. Immediately, Kedrick empathized with us and gave us his word that he would take care of us - and that he did. Kedrick analyzed the market to ensure the home was competitively priced, tapped into his network to assist with basic repairs, and estate sale clean out, and a professional cleaning. The team of agents were also around to help troubleshoot a few unforeseen occurrences to keep everything moving along. Kedrick seemed to always be available by phone or by text. We had a number of conversations throughout the process getting the house ready to list - he was there to listen and to solution. Once the offers started rolling in, we reviewed each in detail and he made sure we were all aligned on approach. Once we were under contract, Kedrick went above and beyond to pull in the necessary inspection and appraisal partners, lead the process with the title company and others involved in the transfer process, and ensure a timely close. Kedrick turned a horrible situation into a positive experience. Highly recommend Kedrick and his team for any buying or selling needs.

If you're looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond, Kedrick King is your guy! My husband and I were buying a home from across the country, and Kedrick made the entire process seamless. He found exactly what we were looking for, was aggressive (in the BEST way) when it came to submitting offers and communicating with sellers, and truly fought for us. Both homes we put offers on were accepted over other offers, and we fully credit Kedrick’s hustle, communication, and attention to detail.

He was kind, professional, and crazy responsive — but also matched my energy, which made it so fun to work with him. At one point we even asked him to stand in the shower and smell the water while on FaceTime (😂 yes, seriously), and he did it without hesitation. When my husband tried to re-suggest a house he had previously trashed, Kedrick didn’t miss a beat and said, “That was a house you 🗑️,” and we were crying laughing. He knows when to keep it real, and when to keep it light!

I’m honestly jealous of people who get to work with him in person, but we’re so grateful we had him in our corner. Thanks to Kedrick, we got the perfect house in the perfect location. Big shoutout to my girl Julia for recommending him — best decision ever!

A Rare Gem. Kendrick is the ultimate professional. He is dedicated to his clients, communicates quickly and efficiently, has great neighborhood knowledge and approaches all situations with a positive attitude. We were moving from another state and it took time to find the right house at the right time because our needs changed during the search, but Kendrick was always supportive. Working with him made the whole move/purchase process less stressful. In the end we are in our dream house and consider him our lifetime Maryland estate agent!

Sold the Unsellable

House had been sitting for 8 months! Lovely property with lots of land but initially listed at a terrible time - rates jumped to their highest, market in chaos, and half a dozen buyers failed to make it to closing. Kedrick turned this around swiftly - 3.5 wks later SOLD! If you need a realtor that not only knows his stuff but communicates effectively, works efficiently, and truly takes the time to help you navigate tough challenges, I’d highly recommend Kedrick King.

As older and not-first-time home buyers, we expected quite a bit from a real estate agent. We had specific concerns about the current market and homes within the area we chose. Professional, proactive and personable!
Kedrick was great to work with and help navigate the process of buying a new construction home. He was very professional throughout the entire process. He was able to negotiate with the builder on our behalf and he stayed in constant communication with us. He proactively stayed on top of the construction schedule and was so helpful with our home inspection process and getting issues rectified quickly. He also stayed in close communication with our selling realtor as this was a longer distance buy/sell transaction. He was a pleasure to work with and we would certainly recommend him to local folks looking to buy or sell within his region of expertise.

Kedrick and I worked together on a deal that closed last Friday. Due to market conditions he had to negotiate an aggressive offer in order for our client to have a chance of getting the home she really wanted. Not only did he get the deal under contract with his help we closed the deal in under 17 days. Communication and transparency is a non negotiable trait in real estate and Kedrick excelled at both. Best Experience Ever! . Kedrick helped me purchase my very first home and I cannot imagine going through this life-changing process with anybody else. He is absolutely too-tier at what he does. He made the process as smooth and stress free as possible for me (which is NOT an easy task. I am VERY high anxiety LOL!) He ask me maybe 5-6 questions about what type of home I was looking for and came up with a list of homes (all of which were exactly what I was looking for.) I am very indecisive and made my decision on the first viewing! He knew exactly what type of offer I needed to make to beat out the competition. I never once felt any pressure to make a decision or a purchase. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly, was ALWAYS available to answer my calls/texts (even when he was sick,) and would even check up on me during his “off day.”

He connected me with some of (if not THE) top financial advisers in the state. They also made themselves available to answer all of my questions. He even gave me a bunch of nice gifts after closing!! I couldn’t imagine dealing with anybody else and would recommend him over anybody else. 6 out of 5 stars!

Understanding Real Estate Agent. I wax referred to Mr. King by a friend who he helped sell his mothers house after she passed away. I was forced to sell my house because I could not afford the payments anymore and needed an agent who would understand. Mr. King traveled from Baltimore to Frederick to meet with me and listened to my questions, concerns and problems. He came prepared with information about the properties that recently sold in the area and had a great price for the house based on that. He walked me through everything helped me finding cleaners for the house and had a good photographer come out and take pictures. I had to sell quickly and Mr. King made that happen and I got a price for the house in the range I was looking for. I would definitely hire Mr. King for purchasing and selling a house, he does the main thing that a lot of people do not do is listen to his clients,

Amazing Experience. i worked with Kedrick. He is so talented and knowledgeable! He literally secured two totally different deals in the matter of weeks. He got me a commercial property and an investment property. He showed me so many different places at any time I requested a visit. He communicated very well and followed up expeditiously with all parties involved. The definition of motivated and driven, he will make sure to negotiate in the best interest of the client. Whatever I wanted he made sure to negotiate that, two free months, lower rates, etc. When I had questions or didn't understand specific terminology, he answered them for me and explained things outside of his scope of work! An amazing experience! From the start Kedrick was amazing, he was very friendly and hard working. Finally Home. It was a pleasure working with Kedrick as he is very knowledgable and current in his real estate profession. I haven't purchased a house in decades so I was truly out of the loop as far as the purchasing process. Kedrick made sure to educate me and kept abreast without making me feel stupid; he exercised patience throughout the entire process.
