Prior to that, I have been and still remain in the field of Property Management where I have worked for Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development as a Property Management Officer overseeing a portfolio of Project Based/HUD apartment communities and currently with The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County as a Compliance Analyst.
I have been responsible for lease-ups of new apartment homes, overseeing LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit Units), PHA (Public Housing Authority), and Conventional/Market Rate units.

I obtained the following designations ARM (Accredited Residential Manager), HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional), MORS (Management Occupancy Review Specialist), CMH (Certified Manager of Housing), COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist), CFS (Certified Financial Specialist) and CVS (Certified Voucher Specialist). I sat on a board as a member at N.M Carroll Manor located in Baltimore City.
