Business gets handled! I initially contacted Keesha to discuss selling my multi unit. She was fully engaged and immediately researched the area visited my property and discussed options for selling. From there she had her photographer take photos and it was listed within days. We discussed the numerous offers that poured in and I was able to accept the best suited offer with confidence. I went from listing to closing in 30 days, very smooth. With an experience like this, it was a no-brainer for who would handle me as a buyer. Due to Keesha’s passion, assertiveness and laser focus, my offer on a multi-unit in a very sought-after neighborhood was accepted before we left the open house.
