I was extremely nervous about purchasing my first home in 2020. Ms. Porter took the lead and eased all my concerns almost immediately. Ms. Porter was attentive and readily available to answer all questions. During the months house hunting, she educated me on the housing market and the pros and cons of house hunting. She was very patient with me and made me feel as if I was a VIP client. When I finally had an acceptance of my offer, she really shined with her professionalism and years of expertise and worked diligently with my lender until the day I closed. During the height of a pandemic might I add (March 2020)!!!.. I'm extremely grateful for Ms. Porter making a dream come true for my family and I.

Ms. Porter is truly amazing! She's extremely hardworking, very professional, and a delight to work with.

Even though we were overseas and couldn't physically get to the property, she visited every single property we were interested in; which was alot during this crazy housing market!

She helped us during the bidding and contract process, ensuring that we weren't overbidding or taken advantage of. She really looked after our best interest and guided us through the whole process even after we closed on the house.

We will definitely recommend her services to everyone and look forward to conducting business with her again in the future. Keep her on your contact list!
