Coming from California, I Wasn’t the typical homebuyer. Keira went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make sure I knew all the necessary details. Her eye for hidden gems and transparency made me feel comfortable even from thousands of miles away.

Keira was simply amazing to work with. She kept us updated on everything all the time. I know she was working hard for us and did an amazing job with communication. We had a lot of questions about how home buying worked, and she helped us out every step of the way. I don’t think we’d have had the confidence or wherewithal to deal with buying a house without her support. It was an amazing experience working with Keira and the next time we are in the market for buying a house we know who we’ll go to. When buying a home for the first time, you have so many emotions running through your head. The calming piece for me was Keira! Keira was recommended to me through another friend, so I had never worked with her or, knew her prior to the home buying process. Keira was the absolute best when looking for a home, she was the best when I was under contract, she was the best all throughout my process , and was just a great person whom I knew would make this a calming, yet exciting experience for me. Keira made my first time home buying process an absolute dream! There is no one else I could of imagined working with, and having such an outstanding experience with!

Keira was an amazing realtor to help us find our dream home. We heard and read many accounts of people trying to buy a house in this sellers market with many unsuccessful painful months passing them by. We heard of some looking at 150 houses and putting 25 offers in (well over 50k) and still not getting a home. My husband and I met Keira and she said she believed she could find us a home under asking. That we wouldn't have to stress and she would take on all the stress. She delivered perfectly!!! She found us our dream home and got us in under asking. All within a few months search. She made the process so easy and was a pleasure to work with. Keira knew what she was doing and won't waste any of your time. She will also explain whatever isn't understood very clearly and make sure you feel comfortable moving forward. We do believe we would not have gotten our dream house without her. We will continue to refer her to all friends and strangers.

Keira made it happen! She is a true professional well beyond her years as a realtor. She is one of the hardest working, honest, and ethical people I have ever met. I feel like she really individualized a plan to secure the best property for me and it worked. I was initially concerned she did not have enough experience to compete in this near impossible market. My fears were totally invalid. Her perseverance and knowledge of the housing market were superior. To say Keira went above and beyond would be an understatement. Her personal care assisting me was extraordinary. If you want to buy a home you would be well served to have Keira in your corner. I am truly fortunate, I now have a new home and a great friend!

Keira was absolutely amazing to work with, and she made the home buying process so easy for my fiancé and I! When I told Keira we were ready to start looking seriously, so took the time to sit down with me for coffee and explained the process very clearly. From that moment on, she was always incredibly responsive and informative. Her direct communication was very helpful when we were struggling to identify what we were truly looking for in a home.

Keira ended up finding us a hidden gem; fully updated, with a big yard, and within our price range. She was quick to get the process going so that we were one of the first offers in. We got the house at asking price (which is unheard of in this market). We are so happy in our new home and so much of this is because of Keira. As a first time homebuyer, I was truly amazed by how seamless the process was. I highly recommend Keira Paul!

I love Keira's passion for Colorado nature, as well as enjoying what this state has to offer. It's extremely helpful in navigating which neighborhoods are a do and don't for anyone looking to live near their favorite things to see and do. When choosing a real estate agent, I feel a person's knowledge of the entire area is a must to make the best decisions. That way, if your neighborhood or city choices change along the way, they can still help with the same quality. She definitely has that, hands down. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy a home in Denver and other surrounding areas of Colorado.
