Keirstin Nice

Keirstin Nice is a real estate agent at Dalton Wade Real Estate Group. Prior to receiving her real estate license, she has worked in other careers to help develop vital skills that help in her real estate career today. Those skills consist of excellent customer service, communication, being punctual, time management, and being technology savy. Keirstin is currently attending UCF with plans to graduate in the summer of 2020 with a degree in finance.

Keirstin is eager to start her journey with you. She takes her time getting to know what it takes to find you and/or your family the perfect place that you can call home. She is patient and will work to find you the perfect home no matter how many showings or how long it takes. She also understands the importance of people looking to move fast, so she is willing to work longer days or at a quicker pace to accommodate your needs. Keirstin also aims to sell your current house for the highest possible price within a timely manner. She is dedicated to advertising your house through social media and through open houses.

Keirstin works to ensure you don’t feel like just another client, each individual client is important to her and she is always concerned with their best interest. She finds it important to follow up with each client, long after the transaction has taken place. She welcomes all families and individual interested in finding a permanent home or looking to sell their current home, regardless of if their intentions are immediate or sometime down the road, Keirstin is always willing to talk and guide you in any way that she can.
