Hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. Arlene knows all of the ins and outs of Channel Islands Harbor, and since being a resident for the past four years I have learned that there are, in fact, a whole lot of ins and outs. I almost made a mistake and went with a family friend realtor from the San Fernando Valley. That would have been a bad choice.
