Hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. Arlene knows all of the ins and outs of Channel Islands Harbor, and since being a resident for the past four years I have learned that there are, in fact, a whole lot of ins and outs. I almost made a mistake and went with a family friend realtor from the San Fernando Valley. That would have been a bad choice. There's no substitute for local knowledge when you're dealing with the intricacies of a water facing property. Anyway, I love Arlene. She's awesome. Super responsive. Treated me like I was the only client she had (not the case, obviously). And never said no to any request. Just a great experience.
