Keith Bland

With a BBA in finance from Baylor University and a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, combined with his diverse national Commercial Real Estate (CRE) experience as (1) a CRE lending AVP with a major Texas bank, (2) as V.P. of development for Boyle Investment Co., a large CRE developer based in Memphis, (3) as a CRE investment manager for a boutique Wall. St. firm in New York, and (4) as the Director of Brokerage and Development for the state of Florida for Shingle Creek Real Estate Advisory in Orlando, Keith brings both education and vast experience to the CRE table. A resident of Key West since 1994, Keith has represented CRE sellers and buyers to the tune of well over $150 million in sales for the past 12 years.
