From our first discussion he was focused on making things go smoothly. He uses a project management approach, leaving no detail to chance. Keith made my first-time home-buying experience seem effortless. I was approved for a direct USDA loan and given Keith's extensive knowledge and background of working with HUD and other government employees he was able to resolve any red flags that came up while under contract and took the initiative to be proactive on certain matters that may have pushed my closing date further out. Keith was also able to negotiate certain upgrades and add-ons in my new construction built home.

He did not overpromise things he could not deliver on and always kept me in the loop when necessary anytime there may have been delays (caused by the builders).

I recommend Keith to anyone considering purchasing a home. Although I feel that I purchased my forever home and do not plan on ever moving again, I would recommend Keith to anyone considering purchasing a home (especially if you have been approved for any sort of HUD/USDA loan).

My experience was more than anyone could ask for! Keith Boyd definitely made my dream come true! He went above and beyond in every way possible for me during my home buying/building process. I knew I could trust him with everything. When there were bumps along the way he would reassure me that he would take care of it and he did every time. I recently purchased my first home and it was such a pleasurable experience working with Keith Boyd. He was ALWAYS available and ALWAYS responsive and if there was a question that wasn't within his scope of practice he always connected me with the right people who could answer my questions. Keith is very knowledgeable and he made sure to set appropriate expectations for the home buying process. His communication skills and his patience in answering my million and one questions really stood out to me. He makes sure that you understand what is happening as it's happening and will stay with you until you understand. Keith was absolutory exceptional and I am more than impressed with how hard he worked to not only get me in a home, but to make sure I was in a home that I absolutely loved. My experience as becoming a first time homeowner with Keith Boyd the realtor has been nothing short of amazing. Keith Boyd demonstrated resourcefulness, knowledge, professionalism, and quick responses. I started the process knowing much of nothing and by the end feeling confident. The ease of not having to deal with all the behind the scenes, making things less stressful for me was a super plus! He always filled me in on everything and guided me in the best interest for me and my family, not his. I can honestly say you won't go wrong with Mr. Keith Boyd. I will use him again and again!!

I was the signing agent for his buyers. It sounded like a horrible experience due to the lender but Keith kept his cool and was very attentive to the buyers concerns.

Generally, the real estate agent is not present. By then, their commission is as good as set in stone. So it was surprising to even find him at the table which says a lot. He was also surprisingly helpful to ME the lowly notary. And genuinely thankful for my service as I packed up. Interestingly, the seller's agent was also present and on my way out with the buyers documents she yelled at me over her sellers not having documents?! I don't mean to speak ill but it goes to show not all real estate agents are created equally. Not only did it indicate her character but also her lack of knowledge in the home buying process...the notary has no authority over the production of files it's as ludicrous as yelling at the newspaper boy because you don't like the price of the paper...or worst the headlines.

Both agents were paid the same commission for a GORGEOUS and sizable home so make sure you pay for professionalism. I hope I get to work with Keith again. He was very capable and pleasant.
