Expert, competent and friendly service! They don’t come any better than Keith Clark. Keith is a seasoned real estate professional who expertly guided me through the process of simultaneously selling my old home and purchasing my new home. He was always available to answer any questions that I had. When issues arose with either process, he worked quickly to resolve them. He gives his honest opinion, and he works to make sure everything works to your advantage. I have already referred him to a few friends who are looking to buy and/or sell their homes. Expertise aside, he’s a genuinely nice guy. He’s never condescending and never dismissive of your questions and concerns. He negotiated to get me top dollar for my previous home, and a reasonable fair price for my new home, even in the midst of highly competitive bidding. I highly recommend him if you need someone to get the best deal for you on either side of the home buying and selling process. A+++

Keith was a great guide to my first experience in buying a house. He's extremely receptive when it comes to your wants and needs in a house. His advice is always sound, and he is very familiar with the process for VA loans. As well as ways to give a deal that you have in mind a little something extra to make the seller more likely to consider it even without breaking the bank. I will definitely be going to Keith again when I eventually move on from my current home and I would 100% recommend that you do the same.

Keith Clark was very patient and very informative with all properties we viewed. We looked at so many houses and put a ton of offers in which never worked out. When I started to get upset and discouraged Keith would always assure me the right one was out there and to keep my chin up. He explained everything step by step and went above and beyond. After months of looking and Keith driving hours back and forth just to look at houses in another county we FINALLY found the one! Keith is great to work with and very patient!! He was available day and night, whenever I needed him (especially during the closing process and with all the paperwork needed). I would absolutely recommend him! I wouldn't go to anyone else.

You cannot find a better Real Estate Agent than Keith Clark. From day one until closing day, Keith was available, 24/7 to answer any questions and to address any concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable about the business and especially the paperwork (offers and contracts). His legal knowledge of the business is extensive and I felt as though our interests were protected, in every way.
Everyone knows that a seller has the upper hand in this market, but having Keith handle the sale of our Mom's house was the best decision we made. I already have him lined up to sell my house in a year or two.
