About Keith

Father, Husband, Entrepreneur, life sure does take amazing twists and turns. After spending 5 years in the Las Vegas real estate market through the boom and the bust, I relocated my family to Costa Rica for 2 years. The experience in these two diverse real estate markets that provides my buyers/sellers with true insight into extreme and diverse housing market conditions.

Prior to my becoming a Realtor in 2006, I spent 7 years in the Mortgage Banking industry, where I earned the “Golden Leaf Customer Service Award” from Lending Tree and am considered an expert in mortgage finance. This knowledge often helps my clients navigate any tricky loan processes. I also have the contacts and program knowledge to assist any buyer looking to finance the purchase of their new home.

As an alumnus of Arizona State University, I was a multiple NCAA All-American and Varsity Swim Team Captain. My competitive swimming career spanned 14 years during which I competed in the 1992 and 1996 Olympic Trials. I am an avid golfer, competitive Master’s swimmer, husband to a beautiful lady and father of two amazing children.
