About KEITH

38 years in the real estate profession have provided me with a wealth of knowledge, experience and most importantly, perspective. He been with Windermere/Himlie Inc since 1979 and have consistently been the top real estate professional in Mason County, Washington for 18 years in both transaction count and volume. With the advent of technology, he been able to transition my business into a multi-county area, representing buyers and sellers in Thurston, Jefferson, Lewis and Grays Harbor counties.

Real Estate education has been a key factor in my success. As the 2013 president of the Washington State Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists he was able to promote real estate professionalism and educational opportunities to my industry peers.

My experience is in residential real estate, unimproved land and investment properties, as well as many other related facets. Waterfront, recreational homes and land transactions are a big part of the South Puget Sound market, and he is happy to say that I participate in a large percentage of these sales. In addition my experience includes new home sales for builders and developers, land subdivision sales, and resources timberlands sales for large landowners.

He believe that hard work, persistence, and constant learning are a critical factors for success in today’s real estate market. Experiencing multiple decades of markets and market cycles has provided me with a unique perspective and knowledge that enable me to manage the toughest of transactions (though I’ll gladly accept the easy ones as well).

One more thing – He only list and sell. He do not manage a real estate office, manage rental properties for investors, teach classes or stray from my field –so to speak. He stay focused on one thing and tune out the rest. He work hard at my profession, harder than most in fact, but he find the work extremely rewarding. Providing top notch customer satisfaction is my ultimate goal.
