There aren't enough stars to express the level of expertise, knowledge, and compassion that Mr. Jang shows as a realtor. He treated my experience as if he was hunting for his very own personal home. From the first day we met until now, he has been taking care of my needs as far as buying and selling my house is concerned. I have my closing date set for my new dream house and I am preparing for selling my current house. Mr. Jang has been treating like his own brother providing me advices and options that I have for many things related to house purchase and sell. You can call him anytime you want even if it’s out of business hour. He will gladly pick up the phone and try to answer your questions. Keith was the best buyer’s agent we could have asked for! He was very patient with us as we shopped around for our new home in Northern Virginia, despite a 400 mile difference from Charlotte. We were looking for a house during a seller’s market, and Keith was very knowledgeable and strategic in how we made our bids as first time home buyers.

Keith is very professional and personable at the same time. My husband and I enjoyed working with him throughout the buying process. He was also always quick in his response to our questions!
