First thing that comes to my mind is "Extremely patient" when I think about my realtor. It is a great quality that every realtor requires when specially helping first time home buyers ( which rarely come across). Keith is extremely helpful to address our questions and guide to land in a house we were looking for. He never tied to rub his opinion on us, but was always talked about good and bad of every listing we were interested in.

We had to start and stop our house hunt several times in last 3 years. I have never seen an inch of hesitation or frustration when we want to start the hunt again. Keith is extremely helpful and always showed up on-time for every appointment.

Keith is Customer focused, has knowledge of the local real estate, will advice on the pros and cons without any bias and let you make the decision. He can evaluate a property & recommend items/repairs/replacements that could be used during negotiations. Also he brings to the table his network of contractors, mortgage brokers & home inspectors which helps with the education and the smoothness of the overall buy or sell process. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Mr Keith LeBeau. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge. Keith has been there every step of the way identifying the right property to meet our needs. He was patient with us to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers .Every time we viewed a new property Keith would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We never felt forced to make an offer.

I remember several times I was wanting to purchase a property and he told me that I should not. One of the Properties had Hot Water Floor Heat. The Floor was made of Concrete, and he thought that pipes do leak from Time to Time, and someday will have to be replaced, and it would have been very expensive to do. He also suggested that the Seller update the Electrical Panel at there cost, which they did. He is one of the best around.
