Keith's career in the "built environment" has spanned 44 years and encompassed various roles, including real estate professional, engineer, owner's representative, and consultant. As a Managing Broker and business owner, Keith has overseen commercial and residential real estate offices for Coldwell Banker and other nationally recognized real estate firms in the greater Seattle regional marketplace for most of his career. He has relished the diversity of projects and locations and the array of challenges that have arisen along the way. Above all, Keith has come to understand that his career's focus has been on the intricacies and issues of everyday life transitions and challenges, many of which involve a real estate component.
