Since 2000, Keith has been a leading real estate agent in the Maryland and Washington D.C. area. He proudly served in the United States Navy where he learned all of the valuable skills necessary that would be propel him into his Real Estate career. He is known amongst his colleagues as strong advocate for his clients and a tough negotiator, which he attributes to his time in the service.
With hundreds of past transactions in the last 20 years, Keith is a well regarded real estate agent and an industry innovator. In 2013 he was inducted in the Remax Hall of Fame. This award is given to an agent who reaches one million dollars in real estate commissions. Keith believes what separates him from his competitors is his investment in his real estate education. He prides himself on being “one up “on his colleagues. He believes that through education, he is able to add value to his clients in which makes for a better real estate experience. Keith makes it a rule to always thoroughly educate and enlighten his clients about the process. This tends to make his clients feel much more at ease about what lies ahead. Keith has several designations and certifications in distressed properties, new home sales, military relocation, and short sales just to name a few.
Keith is also very active in his community .Over the years, he has sponsored, assisted, served, and partnered with several businesses and non profits in some form of capacity. Whether he’s serving at a homeless shelter, or mentoring young men, Keith is always somewhere serving.
When Keith is not working (serving), he enjoys reading, boating, and fishing.
