Keith did an amazing job as our realtor when my family and I were undertaking the task of selling our home and finding a new one.

This market was extremely challenging, but Keith was there every step of the way and was very supportive. He did a great job pricing and selling our existing home, and made sure to write us a favorable sales contract.

With our ongoing house hunt, he has been super accommodating, knowledgeable, and communicative. He is always willing to schedule house visits and work up offers.

My husband and I were looking to buy a house after having horrible luck with renting. We had many different things that we wanted specifically in a house, especially with having our kids. We had gone through 4 different realtors that did not help us one bit. They wouldn’t even look our way until we had the pre approval in hand. We were like a $ sign to them. Most did not even respond back after promising to be the best out there. We Found Keith on Zillow and he helped us automatically and showed us the million of houses we asked to see until we found the one we loved! He did not complain once and even, when we loved some houses that were not the best he told us the downfalls with them instead of just saying, yes, buy it, to fill his wallet. He felt like family to us and we would recommend Keith to anyone we know and could say they would be 100% in great hands.

Keith is now selling our house for us and has been helping us throughout the past 3 years of us living here with any questions or problems we have had. We are young and have no one in this area, so having someone to help us who is like family has been such a blessing. I truly don’t know what we would have done without him. He works with you so much and gives you the absolute best outcome. Regardless if you’re selling or buying, he will tell you 100% realistic facts even if you don’t want to hear it, to save you in the future and not give you false hope for anything. I text Keith all the time to ask questions (probably more than he would like 🤪) but, he doesn’t show the slightest irritation ever! He keeps us up to date always and has even messaged us when he was on vacation and worked on our stuff while on vacation when he definitely did not have to do that. I could say a trillion amazing things about Keith’s character but he is seriously the realest realtor (not the double r) out there. Thank you so much Keith! You have been a godsend.

UPDATE: Keith sold our house with it only being on the market for about a month. He helped us through the transition of selling our house as well as answering questions for us buying our house in Florida even though we have a realtor in Florida but they weren’t helping us with many things so Keith did even though he didn’t have to. He still continues to reach out to us and help us with anything we need after he’s sold our house and we’ve moved away! Definitely blessed with him

We had a great experience working with Keith on buying a house and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. He helped us purchase our house within 4 months of working with him in a competitive sellers market. He was easily accessible and responded immediately to text/email. He would show us houses any time we were interested in looking at a house and made sure that he was there at the house before we got there to let us in.

He is very professional, listened to our needs and tailored his database to filter and search for houses daily that fit our search criteria. He understood the urgency in seeing a house before an open house and acted quickly as soon the listing went live to get us in to see the house.

He never once told us on how much we should make an offer on a house but rather provided comps of recently sold homes in the area and gave us researched tools to make an informed decision for ourselves. We NEVER felt like he had a number that he pushed us to offer because it would benefit him (I can't stress this point enough)! In fact, the opposite was true, in one situation he urged us to make an offer at list price with an escalation clause because he believed from researched comps that the house wouldn't appraise for any higher than our top value on the escalation clause. It allowed us to keep perspective because there are still people in this strong seller's market who are willing to offer $50K+ over list price and pay the difference from appraised value. We were sure that we wanted our offer to match the appraised value of a house. He is very knowledgable about the market and trends and when he gives you advise you can trust it 100%.

We were referred to him through our lender's representative, Cicely Davis-Miller with PenFed. Both Keith and Cicely worked hand in hand to make the under contract and closing process go as smooth as possible. We closed without any issues in 2 weeks from going under contract.
