Keith is one of the friendliest, patient, and most knowledgeable real estate agents I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He helped my wife and I find our first home and 7yrs later, sell that property to find our dream home in one of the most challenging markets of the past 50+ years. Throughout the entire process, he was always available, got us in to see properties as soon as possible, and made sure they met our requirements to maximize our time and ensure we

Keith is the best of the best. Not only was he a great negotiator in the transaction process, but he was also overall easy to work with and flexible with me and my schedule. There were several places that we visited where as opposed to trying to just sell me any home, he almost talked me out of it because it wasn't the perfect fit. I knew the entire time I was looking at homes with Keith that he genuinely had my best interest in mind. Working with Keith and his crew is a Win - Win.

We had a fantastic experience working with Keith to buy our first home in spring 2024, after he was recommended to us from a coworker. From our first meeting with Keith, his knowledge about the local market and enthusiasm for educating us about our options was very clear. Keith helped me buy my first house in 2020 right at the beginning of COVID. It was an uncertain time, but I never felt worried or alone during the process! I have worked in mortgage for years and this was my first time on the other side of the transaction. Keith’s support made everything smooth and hiccup free.

We cannot say enough about our experience with Keith as our realtor! My wife and I contacted him early in the process when we were mostly just shopping around. He covers all the givens that you need from a realtor - punctual, responsive, professional, etc. What we were most impressed with was him constantly looking out for the best interest of us and giving his honest opinion on each house, and not afraid to tell us that he thought a house was overpriced or pointing out concerns he might have. We never felt the least bit pressured and when we did find the house we wanted, he ensure this was the right house for us and made sure every concern was addressed during the process. Not to mention, he put the offer in for us when he was on his honeymoon! Buying a house can be an anxiety driven process but Keith’s knowledge of the business and great personality is such a calming factor. If you are looking to buy/sell a house in the area, do yourself a favor and reach out to him!

Keith helped us purchase our first home in 2018 and in short, he made the entire process educational, fun, and low stress. We always felt that Keith had our best interests in mind and we trusted his expertise immensely. When we decided to move out of state and sell our home in 2022, there was no question that we were going to work with Keith again. He met with us months before we were ready to sell to make sure that we had a good game plan moving forward, especially since we were going to be under a very quick time crunch once we were ready to list. Even though we physically relocated prior to listing our home, Keith and his team took care of all the details and made sure the process was smooth and effortless. His enthusiasm, promptness, and attention to detail was unparalleled and because of his efforts, we were able to close quickly and thus purchase our new home in another state within a very quick timeframe.
