Keith is the best of the best. Not only was he a great negotiator in the transaction process, but he was also overall easy to work with and flexible with me and my schedule. There were several places that we visited where as opposed to trying to just sell me any home, he almost talked me out of it because it wasn't the perfect fit. I knew the entire time I was looking at homes with Keith that he genuinely had my best interest in mind. Working with Keith and his crew is a Win - Win.

We had a fantastic experience working with Keith to buy our first home in spring 2024, after he was recommended to us from a coworker. From our first meeting with Keith, his knowledge about the local market and enthusiasm for educating us about our options was very clear. During house tours, he was quick to point out assets and flaws in various homes that we would have never noticed by ourselves. He never pushed us to make a decision about a home and was encouraging throughout the search/offer/closing process. Keith helped me buy my first house in 2020 right at the beginning of COVID. It was an uncertain time, but I never felt worried or alone during the process! I have worked in mortgage for years and this was my first time on the other side of the transaction. Keith’s support made everything smooth and hiccup free.

When we recently discussed selling, he thoroughly explained pricing and helped us figure out what we would need to do to get the house ready. While we have opted to stay settled for now, Keith has continued to stay in touch. I would highly recommend him to any homebuyer, first time or not!
