Keith’s background prior to Real Estate- Grew up in Huntington Beach- Lived in Whale Beach, NSW. Australia for 1 year- Junior year- Graduated HBHS- Graduated OCC as Top Architecture major- out of 65- Received Full Scholarship to USC in Architecture. Top 2% in SAT scores. Fell out of love of Architecture and commuting along the way. Keith started his Real Estate career at the age of 23 years old. Specialized in Beach properties and Apartment Buildings. He quickly found that it was a good match- 22 sales his 2nd year and soon at the top of his Office. Over the course of 40+ years he has consistently been in the top 10% of agents and as high as top in Company Sales 2x. He has done well with his investments and likes to share the secrets. Approx 800 Sales overall with 135 Apartment Building sales (Over 900 apartments) Including Mobile Homes, Townhomes, Custom Homes, New Construction, Tract Homes, Luxury Homes, Business Opportunities, Commercial Projects, 1031 sales, Land and Apartment Buildings up to 40 units. His clients are typically very loyal and long term and Keith prides himself on helping people make good decisions. Most business is repeat and referral- not a lot of Self promotion marketing. Keith believes in a balanced life and enjoys Beach Volleyball, Biking, Boating and Traveling. Has 3 wonderful daughters and wife Kimberle with 2 more children. Lives in Huntington Beach and enjoys working and getting to know people and having fun along the way.
