About Kellee

For many Real Estate Agents, selling Real Estate is a guessing game. Pricing a home right is critical and takes a local expert to give the most solid advice. Kellee’s start in real estate began in 2006 with a national home builder, which taught her the importance of spending significant time with her clients. “The more time we spend together at our initial consultation, digging into what someone is really looking for, the happier the customer is in the end. I find the more we discuss a family’s goals, requirements, lifestyle, motivating factors, and expectations, the more easily we can get them to their next chapter”.

Kellee’s consultative approach makes real estate all about her customers. She sees the service she provides as more than a transaction – “this is your home, your life, your memories. This is the place you spend your holidays, where you will come home each day, it is your sanctuary.” Whether you are buying or selling your first house or tenth, Kellee wants to understand your needs, requirements and goals. Kellee is a native of Charlotte, has lived in many pockets of the area, and has called York County area home for 17 years with her husband, Chad, and their two children, Lilly and Conner. Kellee enjoys spending time outdoors, on the lake, is active in her community, children’s school and sports. Kellee is a licensed Realtor in both NC and SC, has been awarded Top Listing Agent 3 years in a row and is a Certified Military Residential Specialist.
