My husband and I just purchased a vacation home with Jodi & Kelley Desoto of Ocean Properties. This was not an overnight process as we live out of state. They are both consummate professionals! Jodi was our primary contact, always having our best interests at heart. Kelley and Jodi are the two realtors to know and use in NSB, period. They sold my condo in the middle of a huge renovation (Which is a tall order) and spent hours discussing the situation on the phone working through issues that came up. They worked so hard to not only find a buyer, but to ensure the deal closed. They were able to do this because they are extremely knowledgeable at their job, dedicated (they often made me feel like I was their only client), and so responsive with communication. Wish I could give more stars.

Jodi and Kelley are awesome. They worked so hard to find my husband and I our perfect house. Jodi was especially amazing. She was honest, helpful, and quick responding to everything. We looked for months at many houses, never once did we feel as if Jodi was pressuring us into any decision. They were always on our side and we felt like they were fighting for us. I recommend her all the time to anyone looking for a house.
