Most importantly, it's difficult to find a realtor that has the integrity that Kelley has. Everything else aside, you can rest assured that she is really only thinking about her client in every decision she makes.

For us, it was difficult to find a realtor with the right experience and patience to get you your dream house when the request is, "We like these four neighborhoods and they're all 30 minutes from each other and we aren't sure what kind of house we want, but here's our budget and a rough idea of lot size, and maybe we need to be close to a train, but not sure." She still managed to find it! And better yet.. she helped us to negotiate under asking, in this market, with additional credits at closing.

Kelley also helped us with selling our house. She got it sold on the private market, with many bids, above asking.

She will do all the research you don't know you need to do and make all the calls you don't know you need to make to ensure a seamless transition into your new home. We will continue to work with Kelley whenever we have the chance!

Kelley is a wonderful realtor who listened to us and also was not afraid to step in and tell is when we were going down the wrong road. She worked with our best interest in mind always. She is tireless and when we wanted to give up because it was getting very competitive and complicated, she stepped in and made it easy so that we could make a decision. I would highly recommend her to find your next home.
