When I initially met Kelley Wilber, I knew we had a connection. Although the early homes she showed us weren’t what I was looking for, she “listened”; Kelley listened and made mental notes of what it was I was truly looking for in a home. When she did a video walkthrough of the home that we ultimately purchased, it was a clear indication that she would, in the end, “go above and beyond”; and she did. The home was everything I was looking for.
Since the entire process was a “long distance” situation, Kelley not only guided us but, essentially, served as our surrogate. From offer to inspection to final walkthrough, Kelley was our “go to” and we were in constant contact. If she didn’t have immediate answers to questions, she did the research to find them.
I would certainly highly recommend Kelley Wilber of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage to anyone looking to purchase a home. She is a very personable and consummate professional and we are grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her. Thank you Kelley.

Kelley Wilber, our Coldwell Banker Agent, was the consummate professional; and given the distance between where we had previously resided and the home that we purchased, she regularly went above and beyond throughout the process and exhibited the utmost in customer service. She was our “go to” person in every aspect and at every turn, as we were not able to be as “hands on” as would normally be the case.
It seemed very personal to Kelley. If you are looking for a real estate agent that redefines the definition of customer service and reflects all of the professionalism associated with the responsibilities of an agent, I (we) would highly recommend Kelley Wilber and Coldwell Banker.
