About Kelli

I am a very driven, competitive & self-motivating individual. My greatest passion lies in building lasting relationships, both professionally and personally. I began my professional career in the Financial Services Industry in 2005, shortly after obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Psychology from my hometown college, WMU in Kalamazoo, MI. By 2008 I had acquired licenses in Life, Accident & Health Insurance as well as my Series 6 & 63 Investment License. I worked for JP Morgan Chase in Chicago for several years. Working for such a large corporation taught me a great deal about corporate banking--finances, stock market, investing, loans, private wealth, etc. As my professional career began to evolve, I realized that my passion was more focused on deepening client relationships; maintaining excellent customer service, trust and loyalty with my Private Clients. Connecting products to consumer needs is the easy part, maintaining a long-standing book of loyal clients that trust you is the art of Sales. I've since worked in multiple sales industries and have grown into my profession as a Realtor and Business Owner. I moved to Sarasota in 2013 as a partner in a real estate company, TRAM Homes. I have spent the past 6+ years on Siesta Key, working with clients and learning the Real Estate Market. I'm excited to be partnered with the Re/Max family--having access to their training tools and advanced technology. I truly love what I do, and believe that is the key to success in this competitive business. I love the people I meet, and enjoy pushing and challenging myself everyday.

Kelli Eggen is who you are looking for when you need to purchase your next home or investment property in the Sarasota area. She may be my family but that doesn’t call for bias on her part she gives every single one of her clients the family treatment, always making sure every detail is not overlooked and the needs of the buyer/seller are met in the best fashion possible! Don’t forget to call her when you are in need of purchasing or selling your home! We absolutely had the most flawless stress free experience especially since moving across country to live in Paradise here in Sarasota!

My husband and I give Kelli the absolute highest recommendation! She had our condo listed for sale the very next day after we first contacted her, we received multiple offers within a few days and everything went smoothly all the way through settlement. All of this happened in less than 30 days from start to finish! Kelli is a very knowledgeable realtor, a great communicator, and a very kind and friendly person - a true pleasure to work with!
