After a couple of on-line inquiries regarding homes, my husband and I were directed to Kelli Geddeis. Not knowing if we were going to purchase a home in Florida in the near future or in five years, we talked with Kelli about our plans. Right away, Kelli Geddeis established her goal was for us to purchase the right home at the right time, whether in one month or five years. With that knowledge, the pressure ceased to exist in our minds, and we enjoyed the process. After our first house hunting trip, Kelli developed a heightened sense of what was important to my husband and what was important to me. She had papers for each home as we toured it, and if there were additional fees for the community, she knew those ahead of time. Also, during our house hunting, she made inquiries about different lots in case we wanted buy a lot and build a home. Before our first trip and between our trips, she kept us abreast of possible target homes by sending us listings complete with photographs. We found this very helpful. When we narrowed our search to two homes on our second house hunting trip, Kelli, with good humor, arranged second visits and, yes, a third visit for one. When we decided to make an offer, she was thorough in her explanations of the process according to Florida laws. Even though we were traveling on the day we were supposed to receive an answer on our offer, she stayed in contact throughout the day. She rejoiced with us when a deal was achieved. Despite our needing to close on the home long distance, she kept us well informed of the process and graciously answered every single question we posed and believe me, there were many questions. On the day of our closing, she looked out for us by doing a walk through of the property for us. She was genuinely glad to call and tell us that the paperwork was completed and we were the new owners. Yes, Kelli had done her job, but I know without a doubt, she was thrilled for us to purchase the right home at the right time. Kelli started out as our realtor and became our friend and that for us is the real bonus of this home purchase. She is a warm, thoughtful individual. She has a terrific sense of humor and great personal style. Kelli lived up to expectations and exceeded them. If anyone reading this is considering a home purchase in her area, we endorse her without any reservation. Without a doubt, should we decide at some point in the future to sell our new home and purchase another in the area, Kelli will be our selling agent and our purchasing agent. We were blessed to have found her!
