Prior to launching her real estate career, Kelli led a software company that created an enterprise management system providing local home builders and contractors with a unified system. During that time, Kelli was a member of the Arizona Contractor’s Association, Construction Financial Management Association and served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Women in Construction.

Kelli supports multiple charities such as Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, which provides education, resources and support for women in the community—Kelli has served as a mentor and led skill-building workshops.
