Kelli Gunnells

Kelli is a Birmingham native with 29 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. She is a perennial top producer in the Birmingham metro market having participated in well over 1,000 transactions during her career. Kelli is committed to delivering positive results by bringing talent, skill, and passion together to deliver the most positive real estate experience possible. This approach has led to the majority of her business being generated by referrals. Kelli has rich expertise in pricing, staging, negotiation, strategy, marketing, corporate/military relocations, and assisting buyers through the new construction process.

Kelli’s stellar reputation for professionalism, attention to detail, and love of the industry led to her service on the Birmingham Association of Realtors. Having served on the Executive Committee since 2017, Kelli served as President in 2021. She also served as President of the Greater Alabama MLS in 2016. Kelli currently serves as a member of the Alabama Association of Realtors board of directors. She was awarded Residential Sales Associate of the Year in 2010, and Realtor of the Year in 2016.

Kelli is a proud graduate of UAB with a concentration in Marketing/Public Relations. Prior to becoming licensed in 1996, she learned valuable skills while working for several years in the construction industry. Kelli has three beautiful children, five amazing grandchildren, two pups, two grand pups, and a grand kitten.
