Kelly is a great agent. I work weekends which is prime time for home showings. Kelly and I had long discussions about what I was looking for. She would go and see homes available, and do a video walk through for anything close to my needs. Customer service at a level unheard of. Not only will use her again. Kelli has been great to work with. We spent more than six months torturing her while house hunting, and she was unflappable. She responded quickly to texts, emails or phone calls, got us in to see places and never tried to put lipstick on a pig. She offered honest assessments and even counseled us when we were about to make too much of a compromise out of desperation/frustration.

Kelli also handled the sale of our home after we bought our new place; we dragged our feet and she didn't get pushy about the sale. When we finally committed the place sold super fast. She set a good price; after financial institution valuation the property actually brought about what I thought it would -- amazing that she was that much "on the money" with both the sale of our home and the purchase price of the new one! And she put up with us for almost a year to boot.

You don't get a Realtor with Kelli. You get a relationship.

Kelli is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She worked very hard to get us a house for my wife's elderly parents. They were living out of state, 570 miles away. It seems as if she pulled off a miracle getting us the house that came open on the same street as ours. This market has been extremely tough to even find a decent house, and we did find a house it was gone in the blink of an eye. Kelly moved very quickly for us as we spotted a house for sale on our street, and put in our offer to the sellers that same evening.

Kelli was very responsive, promptly returning all of our phone calls and texts day or night! We had to revise the contract a few times and change the closing date a few times as well. Kelli promptly emailed us the contracts to have signed.

Kelli enjoys doing what she does, and it shows! We could not have asked for a better realtor in the Athens area. We highly recommend Kelli for any real estate transaction, buying or selling.
