Kelli has been amazing from start to finish of our home buying process. Consistently going the extra mile to make sure we found the place we truly wanted and wouldn’t let us settle. She fought for us during negotiations to make sure we received the best possible outcome and was proactively asking for anything that seemed out of place to be corrected even if we may not have noticed it! She was a joy to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful!

Kelli did an exceptional job in helping
sell my dad’s home! She went above and beyond—visiting several times before the listing to answer questions, make suggestions of what improvements could increase the house value — and she even helped find vendors to help with home repairs. With her help and expert advice on pricing and showings, the house sold within a week (even in the midst of rising interest rates!). She was extremely thoughtful in working with older homeowners whose home represented a very special place in their hearts! We highly recommend Kelli as a realtor!

We love Kelli Kohen! She was very patient with us as we started looking for a new home and planning the sale of our existing home. After 25 years in the same place and a little bit of fear in dealing with change, she made the transaction process very easy for us so we could focus on other things. Where to start; Kelli is an amazing realtor and works around the clock to help her customers anyway she can! She understands her customers home style and what they are looking for! Kelli Kohen was always friendly and extremely professional. She did an outstanding job of keeping the clients needs and interest her first priority. Her ideas and suggestions remained focused on our specific house hunting goals. She kept us updated on a weekly and even daily bases. When it came time for the closing, my wife required emergency surgery the same day. Kelli quickly jumped into action and the signing happened at the hospital!! Kelli is “hands down” the best realtor in this area. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She listed my home and the next day we had 3 offers; in less than six weeks we sold the house. Further, she really care about us and she was willing to go above and beyond.
