Best experience EVER. Kelli was beyond helpful and supportive as my husband and I bought our first home in Baltimore. She really listened to our needs and helped find the perfect home for us. We couldn't be happier. Kelli went above and beyond in every way, especially as we were moving from across the country, and doing much of our searching/buying process remotely. When we were in Baltimore; Kelli was extremely knowledgeable about the area, efficient with our time, and fun to be with on our house-hunting journey. When we were remote; Kelli was our boots on the ground and we had 100% confidence even when we couldn't see things for ourselves. She made the offer & closing process smooth and effective, helping us stay on top of the details. We recommend Kelli Kulnich to anyone and everyone looking for a home in Baltimore.

The best way to describe working with Kelli is that she signs up to go on the journey with you. No matter where that journey takes you, she will help you see it to the end. My partner and I first set out to build a brand new house, she gave us the usual warnings and then helped us every step of the way to learn all the ins and outs of finding land, and negotiating and working with a builder and a bank. Ultimately we had to abandon the path of building a new home, but only a few days after we resumed our search for a home, Kelli found a house that was almost exactly like the house we were trying to build, except it was cheaper and better than what we would have been able to put in a new build! It's a wonderful experience working with Kelli and I cannot recommend her more.

Kelli is Amazing!! We have met unexpectedly but I am glad we met. She is very professional and knowledgable realtor. She recommeneded me very nice houses for the price range I was looking for and guided me every point of the way. Very patiently answered all my questions and made the process easy for me.
She also connected me through different professional who helped me in various things related to the house buying. All the extra steps she took behind the scenes made the process really smooth.

Kelli is AMAZING!  We started this journey in 2019 looking for a home to accommodate our growing family.  We had very specific criteria within a very specific neighborhood and Kelli found it. She got to know the whole family and showed us properties that met the needs of the entire family. This summer was a whirl wind but Kelli stayed positive and encouraging. She leveraged every resource she had for us to sell our home and buy the new home. She topped it off with a bottle of Moet and lovely oak cutting board at our closing..Kelli rallied her whole team for our home search. She has great relationships with Realtors, Brokers, Contractor's, Inspectors and anyone else that can make the buying process run smoothly. As first time home buyers in Maryland, there was a lot for us to learn, and Kelli guided us through the entire process in a way that was comfortable and honest. She was responsive and so easy to communicate with. She looked for the best in every house, but never pressured us towards anything- the decisions were completely ours. Once we found a place, she was prepared with suggestions and strategies to make our offer as appealing as possible. After the offer was accepted, she continued to be generous with her time and effort to make sure our inspection and appraisal were done well. The market in the last year has been described as "impossible" for buyers, but Kelli managed to help us secure our FIRST offer on a house. A friend recommended we call Kelli and we are so glad we did. She did a great job finding us the perfect house within a tight timeframe. Kelli is very response with delightful way of making you think that you are her most important client. Her connections in the industry are equally impressive, allowing her to help with us with complicated "1031 Property Exchange" regulations as well as inspections, repair and tenants. Wow, where to start? When Kelli was recommended to us by our friend, the praise was so high that we though "yeah, right! They must be friends or something".

Well, oddly we were right. You can't know Kelli and NOT be a friend and feel like you have known her forever. The praise and recommendation didn't even begin to convey how good she is. It started with a long conversation she used to really figure out what we were looking for and then several visits to a bit of a variety of places where she really honed in one what we liked and didn't. After that everything she showed us was really right up our alley. Definitely nailed what we were looking for!

We were doing a property exchange so had some complexity, but it was all one stop shopping with Kelli. She had folks that could handle every aspect of the purchase so it was just plain EASY. Incredibly responsive! I think it was only 1 time in the MANY, MANY times I called or texted that she didn't answer immediately or get back to me within moments (she was in a closing). I still don't know how she manages that.

When I look back at our previous experiences buying or selling properties it is pretty annoying to see how bad the service was in comparison. I don't know what other property transactions might be in our future but I DO know that Kelli will be our agent for whatever we do!

This is the third major transaction we have done with her - She sold our original house, helped us find a condominium lease in downtown Baltimore, and now helped us turn that lease into a purchase. She also sold several houses for our family and friends. Her knowledge of the market and her network of professionals (title companies, mortgage brokers, legal and even contractors) is vast and creates all of the resources you could ever need to successfully buy and / or sell your house! Kelli was a blessing sent!!!!! My husband and I was expecting our child in February and we wanted to be moved and atleast settled in by no later then January. We saw house after house and nothing was working out. Kelli assured us our house was out there and our demands were not too much. She dedicated working around our schedule to show us house after house....Not only did we find our home we went to settlement in December we were settled in by Christmas! She exceeded our expectations. WE LOVE OUR HOME AND WE LOVE HER! Purchasing our home was stress free and a breeze thanks to her.

Kelli is an AWESOME realtor! This was my 5th time purchasing a home and I've worked with several agents over the years. We spent months looking at different houses, during the pandemic, many which were going under contract the same weekend they were listed. Having somebody who was able to make time and do showings with a days notice is a necessity in this market and she was always able to make it happen. After several months and many houses, I finally found the place I knew was perfect, was able to see it the weekend it went up for sale and put an offer on, and was accepted that weekend. BUT, instead of just handing me off to a closing agent after the paperwork was signed, she was helpful during the entire process, particularly helping interface with the lender and making sure that everything kept moving along before closing. And, after we closed, she and her husband Mike (also a realtor) volunteered and spent an afternoon to help me move! Kelli genuinely cares that her clients have a great experience from finding a home until getting settled. I can't recommend her enough!
