About Kelli

A Massachusetts girl by birth, Wilmington has been home to Kelli for more than 25 years. She fell in love with the city while attending UNCW. After graduating in 1991, she moved around the country for a handful of different jobs always knowing that she wanted to move back to Wilmington for its exceptional lifestyle. She got her wish in 1997 and returned as a sales and marketing director for a private country club. This role was followed by 15 years at the Country Club of Landfall where residents of Landfall know her for being energetic, diligent and results driven. These are the same traits that paved the way for a smooth transition into real estate at Landfall Realty.

For those seeking the country club lifestyle, she can help navigate both your club and home needs as she has intimate knowledge of the many membership options and can help you get involved with a group of new friends with similar interests.

Her husband, Andy, and she have two girls: Lauren (23) and Taylor (12) along with one crazy dog, Maui. Their family enjoys Wilmington to its fullest- boating, learning about sea life while stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking, attending all the fun activities at UNCW, and visiting historic downtown… just to name a few. Wilmington is a wonderful place to relocate, retire or raise a family, and there is truly something for everyone of every age.
