As an investor she helped me to find a residential investment property for which I had narrow search criteria. She was patient and dilligent to keep looking for the right one. After finding it, she worked with the seller (a 3rd party management company on behalf of a bank) to get it to the table. After working with her on the that project and observing her work ethic, my wife and I decided to engage her services to find a us a new primary residence again with some very narrow search criteria. In the days of internet listings we looked and looked and looked, but in the end she found one that we could not find that fit our needs and desires exactly! Subsequently, we engaged Kellie to sell the home that we were living in and she did it in only 2 months at a price higher that we initially expected. Kellie is knowledgble about real estate, the Birmingham Metro area market, and the closing process. She worked at the pace we set, allowed us to be involved in the process as little or as much as we wanted, and negotiated well on our behalf. Finally, her 'spirit' is one of excellence, dilligence, integrity, and honesty. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kellie to anyone reading this review. I have personally referred friends to her who have used her services.
