I highly recommend Kellie Gray. She was my realtor when I purchased a home in downtown Lincoln, California, in April 2019. Since I was living in Los Angeles, it was important that my realtor know the area and understand the various neighborhoods – which ones were older vs. newer and the pros and cons of buying an older home; which neighborhoods were more expensive due to added expenses such as Mello Roos Bonds just to name a few examples. Due to a long distance purchase, I also needed a realtor who communicated well with me and others, and who was available in a timely way for advice and questions. Kellie exceled at both. During the entire process, she was always ahead of the timeline, anticipating our next move. She listened carefully to my goals and helped me make the best decisions to reach them, without ever imposing her advice on me. She was ever respectful of my thoughts and opinions, and offered alternative options when I wasn’t clear how to proceed.
