We are very pleased that we selected Kellie Langley as our realtor. Kellie and her team provided exceptional customer service. We debated about using a "discount realtor" service over a traditional realtor associated with a established real estate firm. In the end, we are glad we selected Kellie Langley and Coldwell Banker Realty. Killie's experience and professionalism gave use the competitive edge we needed to sell our house. If we ever need a realtor again, we will seek out Kellie and her team at Coldwell Banker Realty.

When we decided to get serious about looking for a new home for our family, we knew right away we wanted to work with Kellie.
Her focus and expertise on the surrounding Towson neighborhoods is unmatched. We started by just wanting to get onto her up and coming listings email alerts to buying a house within a few weeks.
She was always ready to provide what we needed and did so quickly and with great communication. From scheduling showings, a mortgage broker referral to crunch numbers, and insight into what was going to make the best offer possible, she was a steady guide during a whirlwind of unexpected change.
Once we did secure a contract for our new house, we knew selling our house with Kellie as the listing agent was going to be a stress free process. She never wavered in her confidence on deciding the selling price and how she could back it with a strong appraisal. She was there during all showings with potential buyers to highlight all the positive features of our home. Her analysis of each offer presented was thorough with excellent commentary on which offer was strong and why.
We had long closing periods (not typical) but we always felt everything was on track and that Kellie had us top of mind to the end. She is a true organized professional who has her clients’ priorities as her own. It was a pleasure to work with her and highly recommend her to anybody who is looking to buy and/or sell.

Kellie Langley was a great agent for representing us as buyers and listing our house to sell. The house we purchased had a ton of interest, and she knew exactly what would present as a strong offer while moving quickly.

She helped craft an aggressive offer based on her strong experience buying and selling in these historic Towson neighborhoods. Her knowledge of older homes was helpful in our second walk through because we felt comfortable waiving inspection based off her observations.

We listed our home with her as well, and she had us under contract in two days with an offer above asking price.

Kellie navigated us through the closing process with ease and constant communication. We always felt taken care of from start to finish. We highly recommend Kellie for her professionalism and experience in local real estate.

Kellie was wonderful to work with when we sold our home. Her advice on prepping our house for sale was invaluable. She also provided us with trusted and skilled craftspeople who performed their work promptly, so that buyers were fully aware of all repairs and upgrades. Kellie makes selling houses look easy, but she works incredibly hard on your behalf. She also understands the emotions of letting go of a beloved home in a great community. Her sense of humor made a difficult process much easier. We cannot recommend Kellie enough as a realtor!
