Kelly Baldwin

A native Floridian with a wealth of market knowledge, Kelly brings a fresh perspective and proven results to every real estate experience. A specialist in new construction and waterfront properties from Anna Maria to Boca Grande, she enjoys working with first-time buyers and seasoned sellers alike.

Kelly graduated the University of Florida and went on to work in marketing and event management, developing a sophisticated skillset that translated perfectly to the real estate business. She has closed a sales volume of over $34M in the past five years and was selected as an honoree for Realtor Magazine's "30 under 30" in 2016.

Kelly proactively supports the local community through organizations including the Junior League of Sarasota, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Suncoast, and Designing Daughters. She lives on Longboat Key with her husband and two children, and outside of real estate enjoys traveling, boating, and playing tennis.
