About Kelly

After spending the better part of their careers in the corporate world and holding top level positions in the area of sales, marketing and business management, Tom & Kelly decided it might be time to make a change. Having been relocated over nine times and never truly having a great REALTOR® experience, they decided that maybe this could be a new endeavor for them. Twenty plus years later and they have never looked back. Kelly says…It’s really not about selling houses; it’s about taking care of people. They truly believe that it’s not about them being Number One….it’s about making their customers feel like they are “Number One”. That’s why over 90% of their business is referred from past customers.

With over 46 years of combined experience running and or owning real estate brokerages with names such as Keller Williams, Century 21, Better Homes & Gardens, Sotheby’s and now Beechler Realty Group positions them to understand the real estate world from many different angles vs. most of their competition. Tom & Kelly have represented Sellers, Buyers of all types of homes to include Luxury, Developers, Builders, and Real Estate Investors. At one time they owned 2 real estate offices and had 38 agents representing their brokerage.

As best friends and business partners, they just make it happen. But more importantly, as husband and wife, they have the ability to separate their business in real estate from their personal lives. Living in Cypress Head a resort type community, gives them the ability to do or not to do as much as they want. Although they love to play golf, time makes it difficult to get out there as much as they would like. They love the outdoors, hiking, fishing, bicycling and spending time with their West Highland Terrier, Katie. Most importantly, they love to be with close friends & family entertaining. Both have a passion for cooking, Kelly cooking inside & Tom, outside with his “Big Green Egg” makes an evening simply just fun.
